POST /get-bulk-file now takes the API key in the header

POST /get-bulk-file accepts your API key in the x-api-key header, the same header the rest of the API uses. Keep file_id in the JSON body.

A request without x-api-key returns 400 with API key is required. An invalid or inactive key returns 401.

When the file is ready, the response is unchanged: status and file.
